Roaches Run winter bass fishing by DC Reagan National airport - pulled like a snakehead

Roaches run winter bass fishing - test drive in water the Chinese made CPT-60 transducer for Raymarine dragonfly 7 inches purchased from ebay The down vision fish images look too small compared to the chirp sonar when I split the 2 views on the screen. Here is the broadband chirp CPT-60 transducer and the Raymarine dragonfly 7 I own. Never the less it did help me identify the fish (where and how deep) so I don't need to cast to them blindly and so I was able to use the right lure to catch this amazing 18 inches long and 5.5 inches wide large mouth bass in winter. The water temperature was 47 degrees at the shallow end and by the tunnel into Gravelly point underneath the George Washington Parkway. It was 53 degrees Fahrenheit at the warm water discharge from Pentagon area. I was doing wacky rig bottom fishing and got no bites. I found the fish by the warm water discharge (water was 53 instead of 47 degrees Fahrenheit) and saw fish suspending in the 3-5 feet. I immediately switched the crank bait and was able to land this big bass. I was not anchored so it pulled me around for one and 1/4 turns until I netted it. Bass always jump in summer time, but it didn't even jump once and pulled like a snakehead. Here is the rapala lure I used.
